Museum of Art Park Trail
The rolling hills surrounding North Carolina’s Museum of Art host some of the most tremendous greenway trails in the triangle. A partner of the Triangle Greenways Council, the Museum displays larger-than-life exhibits alongside the popular trail for joggers, picnics, and art lovers. A particularly fantastic feature of the trail is the blue accented bridge over the Beltline near Meredith College and Wade Avenue. Triangle Greenway’s major initiative was on the “Woodland Trail,” a natural surface trail that leads to several nature art installations in a forest setting.
